This maybe be my first ever review in yelp but sometimes the job done by the company compels you to review them so others customers can benefits from such reviews. I found that many carpet cleaners are like cable companies who first promise a low low bill and then as soon as they are in your home they will come up with the bullshit that level 1 cleaning, level 2 cleaning, extra $$ because your particular stain is very difficult to get rid of etc, etc run away from such companies! This company did an awesome job. They gave me an upfront price and told me exactly what they will do. The carpet looks fresh, almost new and nobody could have done the better job! I would highly recommend them! I had two other carpet company come to my home to do the cleaning and immediately after looking at the carpet they backtrack their price promise and started doubling or tripling the quote. Some companies even refuse to give an upfront pricing! I did not know finding a good carpet cleaner was that hard. If you don't want to get ripped off by the shady carpet cleaning companies, hire this company. If someone refuses to give you an upfront pricing based on your description of the job, run as fast as you can from that company. If someone starts saying XXX $$ additional because your carpet looks way more filthy then we thought, show them the door! This company did not do any of those tactic. They came to my rental property, cleaned the carpet and left. I later got a phone call to collect the payment where they told me that the job was difficult because there was dog poop, urine, odor and lot of mess that was taken care of. The technician worked really hard to get rid of it all. I ended up paying 60% more than the original quote. I was not forced to pay it but I was just suggested that the fair price was that and I agreed to pay. Conclusion: They did an awesome job and very good price! My carpet is back to almost new! read more

Very impressed. First the reply to my questions was very prompt. The price was good and about what we thought for some extras, like traffic areas and pet stains. Also they did a great job, carpets look good and they were fast. I wish more water had been machine extracted. The carpets were suppose to be dry in 6-8 hrs, but it was much longer.
