For $45.00, about 1/2 drive. Then we found out my husband left his phone. We called the phone Anwar answered said he had a fair to call back. We did long story short he said he was 10 mins away from where he dropped us off we can meet but it would cost us $40.00. Now do the math he took advantage of the situation. $45.00 for 1/2 then $40.00 for 10min. I had no problem paying for his time but I don't like being taken advantage.

The dispatcher was friendly and helpful in setting up my days in advance reservation to get me to the Chattanooga Airport. I needed a 4:45am reservation. I live in a large apartment complex and the signage is not great, so not easy to find my unit. I got a confirmation call 45 minutes before my ride. My driver, Jonathan was exactly on time right outside my door. He helped me with my luggage and was so personable. He had been diving for the service for about eight years.
