I guess they kept the $20 as a service fee of some kind. That 'service' includes: NEVER returning phone calls, making promises and NEVER keeping them, stalling and making excuses for delay after delay after delay, ad nauseam, causing my blood pressure to go up, the only thing good I can say about them is that they are very nice and polite on the phone; all talk and no positive results. Tuan got right on it made a called ordered the screen said drop it off by 5 I'll have it done by 8pm and he stuck to his word. When I went to pick up my laptop I was given someone else's charger because when I got home, I tried to plug it in and it wouldn't fit. I texted the phone number they had been using to correspond with me. I received a response stating that I could come pick up the charger. This would have been inconvenient for me because I live on the other side of town and only went to this business because of their ratings. I asked if they could ship my cord to me and they said yes, if I sent $20 via CashApp. I didn't agree with this because none of this was my fault and I paid quite a bit of money to have my laptop repaired. I still paid the $20 and followed up a week later. They forgot to ship it. I followed up again a week later asking for the tracking number and they said the shipment showed as delivered but didn't send me the tracking number and I never received a package. Then they told me they'd have a new one dropped off at my house. I followed up a week later and explained I would be moving in a week to another state and would need it delivered by then. *LAS VEGAS STORE- I had my iPhone lens cover repaired about 2 months ago. There was a lot of dust & debris under the new lens cover that Affordable Technology Repair had installed. I took my phone back to have them correct the repair that was not done correctly and "Brian" stated he could not find any paperwork open my first visit and then became very enraged and refused to honor a cleaning. This rude behavior and complete lack of professional behavior really caught me off guard. I tried to explain that I didn't have my receipt, (Who keeps these?) and that his store who did not have the paperwork that on file that I filled out on my first visit didn't seem to matter to him. The amount of disrespect and complete lack off customer service was truly appalling. *My first visit went well but despite common sense by Brian, I was left with a phone that I can't use to take photos with. Brian reacted upon emotion without the benefit intellect throughout his loud and somewhat abusive tirade. Never again will I use ATR or recommend them to my friends. read more
