Went in to have the back of my iPhone 13 Pro Max replaced. It took about 5 hours and the workers were very nice and apologetic about the wait. The speaker and antenna ended up damaged after the repair and they fixed both issues immediately. I used to work in cell phone repair and it is NOT easy. The tiny components are so hard to work with and so easy to break. Anyone who is upset about having to wait for their phone.... Trust me.... You don't want them to hurry! That's a great way to end up with a broken phone. Just make sure to do a check of your whole phone before you drop it off and don't leave until you make sure everything is working after the repair. And those rules apply to ANY repair shop. My phone is in perfect working condition and the back looks perfect. I'll definitely use their services again. Extremely nice people. read more

If I could give this establishment a 0/5 I would. They messed up my phone completely. I went in to repair the back of my phone because it was cracked. When I first got it they messed up my camera, and it wouldn't work. I had to keep on taking it back so they could fix what they messed up. Switched Iphone 14 Pro Max Screen for a Aftermarket Screen During Diagnostic!!!! Edit: Owner Responded on google but same script alex and kim gave me. Probably in on it too Only had Gadget Repair Kim/Alex open my phone no other shop did, all i asked other shops was why i would get the display error and they told me someone switched out my genuine display for a cheap one. Posted on vegas reddit and people shared similar experiences Do not go here!! Visit Authorized Iphone repair shops!! Went in with a water damaged iphone 14 pro max and talked to a very but very friendly guy at the counter named Alex. After speaking to Alex about my phones issues which would reboot every 3 minutes otherwise everything else worked 100%, he went in my phones setting and got the iphones crash reports which indicated that the power button or charging port may be damaged. I had decided to leave my phone at their shop overnight since it's was almost closing time and he didn't have time to diagnose the issue that day. I went in the following morning at 10am to pick up my phone asap since i needed to work to pay the possible repair. When i entered the store Alex said my phone screen was still off and i needed to wait 15 minutes which was no problem. Once Alex was done he handed me my phone asked me to unlock the phone to check if it worked properly after alex attached the screen which it did but it was still rebooting. I told Alex i would be back to drop my phone off once i was off work if i made it before closing to do the repair and i went on my way. During my shift i noticed my screen would turn Pink when it rebooted which i've never seen before. I go to my phones setting and see a new error message which said "Important Display Message" "Display is a Unknown Part"! I didnt think too much of it at the time thinking the screen wasn't attached properly or some connection was not secure when Alex put the screen back on. When i went back to Gadget Repair i was greeted my Kim at the counter not Alex as he was not working. I went to Kim and told her i had dropped my phone off with Alex for a diagnosis and now i'm getting a Display error and my reboot screen is pink. I asked kim what would cause this error message if every original part was put back into my phone and if the possibility of a damaged part causing the error and kim said no i would only get the message when aftermarket parts are installed. I knew right there that my original display was switched out for a cheaper aftermarket display without my knowledge. I asked her if opening my phone would confirm if my display was an original apple screen or aftermarket and she said yes. i had kim open the phone and she confirmed the display was an aftermarket display as no apple logo was on screen which should be. Since kim confirmed it wasn't an original apple display it had confirmed someone switched my display out as i've never had anyone repair my phone that i bought new from t-mobile. Since Alex wasn't there i asked Kim if i could speak to a manager or owner of Gadget Repair and kim told me she was the manager and so was Alex so i would need to talk to him. After leaving Gadget Repair i stop by two other iphone repair shops to ask the same question of why would i be getting the display error message, both locations said the display was 100% switched out. The following day i go into gadget repair to speak to alex and ask him why i was getting these display error messages and right away he said he didn't know but that's my display and he wouldn't switch screens out but i know someone at the shop did! Since Alex and Kim said nothing could be done and weren't going to be truthful i took back my $20 tip i had left Alex and left their store without my original display. read more

In November, 2023 we replaced a screen for an Apple Watch Series 3. We've had the watch for years and have swam with the watch at least 100 times. In March, 2024 after swimming with the watch, it became non-responsive. A few hours later there was corrosion around the watch and the next day the screen popped off. It was clear either the craftsmanship of the repair was bad or the replacement part was poor quality. We took the watch back and requested a credit for the cost of repairs for a new watch in their store. They stated we were out of warranty and the watch was damaged because the battery swelled. Of course, they took no responsibility. Jude was the tech that assisted and it felt like they were saving a return instead of helping with solutions. Please note, there replacement parts are most likely poor in quality and if you replace screens your devices will be susceptible to damage due to the quality of their parts. Came in after my mom cracked her iPhone screen. Using Yelp, I was able to get a repair quote in minutes and stopped by same day for a repair. The repair took just a little over an hour and they use a text messaging service to let you know when it is ready for pick-up. I was more than happy with the results. The replaced glass looked just like the OEM screen and no one could tell the difference. Prices were reasonable and our repair tech was friendly. I am a big clutz and cracked my screen again. Unfortunately, my Apple insurance expired last year. I looked up how much it would cost to fix my screen through Best Buy and Apple and it was well over $150! That is certainly not something I can afford. Second battery replaced by this business. The first performed less than favorably but figured it was my fault for some reason and went back a year later. This second battery is already failing only lasting 3-4 hours this second one is about 5 months old! I'm disappointed and kicking myself for going back now! Ughh -when I called them about it they stated they had a 90 day warranty well I sure see why it isn't 6 months!! I should also mention when I went into the store they were out of my battery and said they'd "go down the street and grab one" I'm not sure where they went but it was clearly a place with inferior batteries!
