It so happened that the plumbing in the shower pan was off - a leak destroyed some of the grout that was freshly put in. The company fixed the grout for me quickly and well.

For the other bathroom's shower pan, it was recommended to use grout rather than caulk. The grout applied was very uneven and looked as if a black crayon had been used. After spending several hundred dollars, we hired another company to complete the work. We requested another specialist from Grout Kings to handle our project, but they were inflexible and insisted that they could do it correctly. What was initially estimated to cost a few hundred dollars ended up costing a couple of thousand. I cannot recommend Grout Kings, as their work did not meet the quality promised online.

I knew Alex would be better suited to overcome the inevitable obstacles than the installers from the store. Sure enough, the old microwave was installed oddly and its sides had warped such that it was stuck inside the slot, capable of being held up entirely by the cabinets. Simply removing it was a huge task. My wall then lacked the supporting elements in the right spot for the new one, so Alex had to install some extra wood blocks. It's now installed and works great -- looking at it, you'd never realize the challenges that went into its installation. I'm confident most other installers would have told me I needed to demolish by cabinets in order to get the old one out, and then do further remodeling for the new one. On the other hand, Alex has the rare combination of persistence and skill to solve these problems efficiently and with minimal impacting anything else. I will happily call Alex again.
