I asked him for a refund. I should not have to pay for a service that I didn't receive. He called me a FB , and walked away. Now the motor fan , on July 26, 2024 , Glen put my motor fan in my car. On the day I was supposed to bury my grandson, I took my 2018 Encore to Elite. I asked Seth from Elite if they could take a look at the car . The car was not running smoothly. The mechanics said this car needed a motor fan . I told them and had the receipt from Glen when the motor fan was replaced. I asked Seth if he could call Glen about the problem. Seth thought the motor fan should be in warranty, but Glen didn't call back. I also called about the motor fan 9/15/2025 to Glen business, no reply. Glen obviously doesn't take care of his customers!
