They set up quickly and seamlessly, with a sleek, modern booth that fit perfectly with our event's vibrant theme. We opted for their premium Photo Booth setup, and the photo quality was exceptional--sharp, well-lit, and professional-grade, far better than typical party booths. The attendant (who assisted us throughout the night--thank you so much!) was fantastic. They were patient, engaging, and great with everyone from the quinceañera herself to the little kids and grandparents. They helped guide poses, kept the energy high, and made sure the line moved smoothly without anyone feeling rushed. The custom templates with our daughter's name, date, and fun Quince details added such a personal touch, and guests loved taking home the unlimited 4x6 prints (plus the extra keepsakes like magnets were a nice bonus!). Their prices are reasonable and they also offered projector and screen rental, something that other photobooths do not offer (unless I missed it) Although there were hiccups with the initial contact, conversation afterwards was very fast. They were in constant contact to ensure that the template for the 4x6 photo was good as well as the backgroud for the pictures. We opted for an open booth concept and I'm glad we did. They arrived early to set up and was very accomodating when I had to ask them if they could quickly set up the projector and screen so that I can project a video montage. All our guests took advantage of the photo booth and the props they brought and what was surprising was that not only they brought what I perceive as standard props, but props that were related to the party theme, Alice in Wonderland. The equipment was easy to use and had the option of texting it to your phone or email. At the end they gave us a CD Rom with all the pictures that were taken. Pictures by themselves as well as what was printed out. The staff that ran the booth was very friendly, courteous and helpful. I would definitely recommend South Bay Snaps.
