The person who finally took my order was Jeff, this Dude was way cool to work with. I looked at the manufactures web-site, gave Jeff the information that I had and within a couple of minutes Jeff drilled down to find the right seat for my FLSS and this guy was spot on! Brah, thanks for listing and being so kind & polite. If I ever need something again for my scooters, MX South is where I'll look first, although I must say that Jeff will be the person that I ask for, keep up the good work, because I'll be back as long as Jeff takes my order, thanks again for an easy transaction Brah!!! The directions said it would fit most CR models, so I gave the benefit of doubt and tried it. Didn't fit my model. Setup a return, they denied my return for the package was indeed opened but nowhere near use. Seller says I had oil all over the parts shipped back too him. The shims come shipped in an oily substance as too not rust. But clearly evident it would not fit my CR model. The seller called me a liar, that I was committing internet fraud, and I should ashamed of myself. I was definitely taken back by that. At best I fixed a partial refund, instead, they kept all of my $183 dollars, I have nothing too show for it, and hugely disappointed by MX South. As you will read in other reviews. I'm sure they will answer this will some more lies. Do you own research about them. I have a perfect score with Amazon and Ebay, they on the other hand you can see. I'm out completely of my money. Once again, they said the kit they sent me was not what they sent me, it the only gold valve kit I've ever purchase. A partial refund would have been fantastic. I did wrap all parts back up in individual bags before shipping back. I did tear the box.

He sets up a repair order for me for the next day and when I bring my bike in gives me an attitude and says I need to make an appointment even though I told him three times I was dropping the bike off. Fast forward To getting the bike, get told there's X amount of labor that I never authorized, which the owner took care of to try and help out which I am thankful for. Get the bike out and test ride, rides good, next day I'm leaking fuel all over the place and broke down on the side of the road. Was told they test drove the bike, which they didn't, and everything was good to go. Will not ever go back

My son's Indian Scout has been sitting there for nearly 3 months for a basic repair (front brake lever and rear brake pedal). That is unacceptable for something this minor. What's worse is the complete lack of communication. I've called multiple times, waited on hold, and was told someone would call me back--specifically Mike. I left messages and received zero follow-up. The only time we were able to get any information was when we finally reached Michael, who said the part was backordered--but then again, no updates, no follow-through, nothing. Let me be clear: delays happen. But ignoring customers does not. The level of service we received during the purchase was excellent, which makes this even more frustrating. Right now, the service department is damaging the reputation the sales team worked hard to build. At this point, I am requesting:     *    A clear and honest status update on the parts and repair     *    A realistic completion timeline     *    Consistent communication moving forward If this cannot be resolved immediately, I will escalate this further and share this experience across additional platforms. I would strongly prefer to update this review with a positive resolution--but that depends on how quickly this is addressed.
