It's not the battery (it charges fine), but when my mom called Reese for help, he simply told her to "check the fuses" and sent a YouTube video. She's 73 years old and clearly needed a bit more assistance, especially since the cart is still under a 5-year warranty. When she called again today hoping for a bit of guidance over the phone, Reese yelled at her and hung up. She was in tears. This kind of treatment towards a customer is unacceptable.
