Still only partial power. Thinking it was some kind of electrical issue with the house, had Yelp connect me to several electricians. While others wanted a consultation, Mike simply said call MidAmerican. So I did and reported a partial outage. Feeling a bit anxious, texted Mike if I should do anything else. Again, clear and simple, nothing else to do. MidAmerican came and found a fault with one of our lines and fixed the problem. Best service ever!
