Afortus robs you of your commissions and overrides oh yeah and you have to give Brett Olson 2% of your commission on every application you write if you live in the Phx, AZ area!!!! WTF it's crazy, so now you make a measly 48% commission. Takes FOREVER to get policies approved from Accordia, another whole fiasco. The leads are a complete JOKE!! Double verified, by who?? A ghost? I have been in the insurance financial world for 14 years and have worked with 3 different IMOs. Afortus is head and shoulders above the others. I have been with them for 3 years and have no plans on leaving. The quality of the leads is good, so you have a fighting chance to help people with their financial plans. Afortus also provides great training, as with everything, the more you lean in and work, the more you get out of the program. They do have a $299 fee to get started, contracted with specific carriers, and on leads. This is refunded to you when you have sold about 10 policies. read more
