My car was very dirty going in, including a large amount of crumbs and dog hair from our large shedding dog. When we picked up the car, it was completely spotless- not a single strand of dog hair left in the vehicle. It looked brand new. I couldn't believe it when Karla informed me I'd get a brand new bumper free, painted free. Thank you so much for making it right and going wven further to help me.
