Having done my research, I knew the paint would peel UNLESS sanded to the metal. They painted it, and had to repaint it again BECAUSE of the sloppy job they did when the clear coat started to peel. However they didn't argue very hard. I am having issues now with the paint bubbling. HOWEVER, what I have received is excuses from Dave backed up by the manager Joy (there's no joy in dealing with her). In other words, they have refused to fix my paint on warranty. This vehicle is near mint and meticulously cared for. DON'T ASSUME FIX AUTO WILL FIX YOUR PAINT ON WARRANTY, EVEN THOUGH THEY TOLD YOU IT'S WARRANTIED FOR LIFE. It's a sham! Do yourself a favour. Go to a reputable body shop that will stand behind EVERYTHING THEY DO like Scott's 180. ALL I CAN SAY IS WOW! This shop has ZERO integrity--none!

Took a truck in to get polished on one side that dentoligest screwed up bad ,they said there would…read morebe no swirls and it looked worst coming out of their shop than it did when it went in . not only did it still have swirls in it they put a very noticeable paint chip on the side about the size of a thumb nail,go bed paint on it ,not even same tint ,I got there to pick up my truck they denied doing it said it was there but funny paint was still tacky .I wouldn't take a wheelbarrow to this shop .

I couldn't believe it when Karla informed me I'd get a brand new bumper free, painted free. Thank you so much for making it right and going wven further to help me. I so appreciate it and I wont go anywhere else for body work. Boyd definetely stands by their work. If you have an issue, just talk to them about it-chances are they will make it right again.
