I went to the LOCATION on the Friday after Thanksgiving to give my grievances in person, but they were closed. I will be returning on today Mon. 12/2/24 once i get off from work. I spent $45.00 on these turkey wings and had to discard them, which ruined my holiday dinner, thankfully I also had cooked a HAM and was able to go to the nearest grocery and picked up 2 small packs of turkey wings to cook to complete my family thanksgiving meal. After receiving mine with the mozzarella (lactose intolerant), I even decided to bite the bullet and order a second one (so I paid for two) and this time specified no cheese at all, and extra chicken. The second one STILL had cheese, and the same amount of chicken. The sweet potato fries were fine, and the build your own sandwich my boyfriend got was good. just don't do the wrap from here yall.
