At that point, she seemed less than interested, and explained they do not do edible images, so I pivoted and gave her another design that they could do with piping and fondant. She didn't give ideas, she didn't offer solutions, she just sat there like she was bored. She then told me that they would not deliver a cake that was not three tier or more. So I was supposed to come and pick up the wedding cake while I was in the middle of getting ready for a wedding? Why even ask for the address then? At this point, I decided to just go elsewhere. The attention to detail was poor, and the enthusiasm for a sale was poor. I also suggest that when scheduling a wedding cake consult that one say up front that there is no delivery (I would have even paid extra. Price was not the issue.) If I had know that, I wouldn't have wasted my time or money.
