My last tattoo required two sessions because my skin swelled. He is willing to work with you on a price, within reason. The last one, I also told him basically what I wanted but let him use his imagination to put his take on it. Everything was on point from design to color. There is one little part that it looks like he missed but he offers free touch ups as long as the touch up isn't due to not caring for it properly. I really like the new location. It's a little more private than the booths at the other location and the ac is a plus! I hands down will forever recommend underground ink and Keith!!!

As for me, i go where i am the canvas and let my artists take the wheel. I saw their work at the philly convention 4 maybe 5 years ago and i was hooked. this being one of my 'bucket list' shops, I was very pleased with the concept we came up with. tattoo #35 was only a few hours and his color work was awesome. ( i haven't posted a picture cuz i don't want anybody getting any of my ideas lol) They take walk ins from how it looked. He has this beautiful old skool style and amazing use of colors. Robert is also amazing. He remembers tattoos he worked on decades ago. Seriously, he remembers doing one of my husband's first tattoos that he got in the early 2000's. Oh and he does really good work. Check out their portfolios! As for the shop, I know they use clean packaged needles (you can watch them open the package). While they do have flash you can pick and stick, they mostly do custom work. It's in a cool section of town and the exposed brick on the inside is beautiful. My problem is all the scary taxidermy animals in bathroom. They tend to scare the pee out me me. Way to be creepy, guys. I love the artists here. Always check out the site and the work of any artist you decide to go to. Make sure you are comfortable with them.
