Tiara answered my call-she was very friendly and helped explain the process and price over the phone as well as set up my appointment for the next day! When I arrived, she was just as sweet in person as she was on the phone. She answered all my questions and had a hair tie for me as I had forgotten mine. Most importantly, she helped me select the best shade as I was sure and we had beach pictures the next morning. I came out feeling confident and very happy with the coloring. I went to after glow tanning the day before my bachelorette party and wanted to try spray tanning for the first time. I was nervous to mess it up but Steve explained everything to me in detail and showed me exactly what to do. Well, I somehow messed it up anyways lol, like Ross from friends (if you know, you know) I got in and faced the wrong way. I immediately told Steve what I did after, he assured me it was okay and suggested we spray my front one time to "fix" my mistake. He could tell how worried I was that I would look orange or not natural for my bachelorette party, he assured me it would turn out great. He followed up with me later that and the next day to see how it looked. He was so nice and professional and he was right, it ended up looking great and natural!
