Even hours later I picked up my husband's suit jacket to hang it up for the event we are supposed to leave for in an hour and it barely touched me and rubbed all off on his jacket and now his brand new jacket is RUINED for a formal event happening TONIGHT. I called the business just to let them know, not asking for or looking for any refund etc and instead I was treated disrespectfully and dismissed as if I was lying! So I guess instead of just trying to let the business know so they can be aware for other customers I will have to do their job for them and let people know myself. NEVER AGAIN!

I have built color from just the few times I have gone. I feel safer at the beach with my base tan. The owners/employees, whoever the sweet gentleman are at the counter are always helpful and kind. My heart and lungs limits me to being confined to our home because I get sick easily in public places. I am a disabled RN that came to Florida to have a better quality of life, my husband I both love Florida. I never thought I would Be that girl to tan in the sunshine state but I surely understand why people do. Tanning was recommended by a doctor that has no more specialists to send me to and has no more medication to have me try. Tanning helps me get through the darkest times I have faced in depression. I waited for a little while in the front lobby after checking in, but the girls helped me to some "Spa water" and made sure I was comfortable. I was also given a heated neck wrap which was really nice because I am always cold. Anastasia was masseuse and she did excellent with meeting my needs for pressure/tension areas. Would book again for her. My pedicure was done by another really nice woman, sorry I did not get her name. She did a great job though. The ambiance was very modern, chic.
