He said, "I can't help that people are lazy," and said he wasn't falsely advertising when I just called and he said they were closing. Its 2pm on a Saturday and the window says 4pm. I chose not to renew on my last visit because of this and because the place feels like you could catch something. Dirty and vulgar man running it. Stuff everywhere. The beds are horrible, very, very old and only one per level. Because of this you may have to wait a long time to use any bed! The bed I use has been broken more than working so because of that I have to downsize to a bed less than I paid for. There has been no compensation offered!! There is a new owner, he says, that has NO customer service!! I say "he says" because when we bought a new package of tanning we had to talk with a lady that identified herself as the owner. My husband and I went to tan and this man went crazy telling us we could not use the same package after the "lady owner" told us we could. He told us she didn't tell us that. I stated to him she did but he continued to call us a liar by telling us she did not tell us that!! He doesn't know, he wasn't in the conversation we had with her! He got very, very angry , red in the face and hollering "we weren't told that!"! After a few minutes of him hollering and insisting he was right I did say "your acting like an ass hole!! You're calling us a a liar?? By then he was yelling, even redder in the face and in my face!! He refused to let me tan, (my husband had already started tanning by now) kicked me out of the salon, (he told me he was going to call the cops) and told me not to come back! I told him that was ok because I had already started going to another salon that is AWESOME! We were just trying to use our package of tans!! So if you want to be treated VERY disrespectful go there, if not go to another tanning salon!!! The crazy thing about all of this as my husband was leaving this man told him he talked to Cadie, the owner, and she told him we could share the plan!!

Even hours later I picked up my husband's suit jacket to hang it up for the event we are supposed to leave for in an hour and it barely touched me and rubbed all off on his jacket and now his brand new jacket is RUINED for a formal event happening TONIGHT. I called the business just to let them know, not asking for or looking for any refund etc and instead I was treated disrespectfully and dismissed as if I was lying! So I guess instead of just trying to let the business know so they can be aware for other customers I will have to do their job for them and let people know myself. NEVER AGAIN!

I let her know I was new in town and shopping tanning salons for the right fit and was wondering if they had any start up promos or trial periods packs before I sign for a contract. This is common in San Diego where I'm from so I thought they may be like minded. She simply said 'no' with an attitude. I really had to dig in to find out they did have single sessions for different grades of beds however couldn't get a straight answer in regards to beds. She said weekdays they close at 20 before 8PM and Saturdays usually at 5PM and Sundays at 4PM but after a few rounds I still cannot figure out what time they open. Hopefully the dolt on the other end of the line isn't full time or this place will sink soon. Business owners, if you can't have a competent person answering your phones, get a website to spell it all out. Glad I didn't waste precious gas on this establishment.

But now, what a difference!!…read more The gym is apparently now under new ownership and the new general manger has led a stunning turn around to include new and professional staff, repaired equipment, new equipment, fitness classes, and significantly improved cleanliness. The differences between then and now are really drastic in the best possible ways.
