The girl at the front desk acted like she was doing me a favor by talking to me. She was not very friendly to say the least. The only really good experience was with the nurse who took my vitals and tested me for the flu and strep. She was very professional and friendly. She explained that they didn't have a exam room open at the moment so she would get everything ready for me in the meantime. I thought it was strange that they wouldn' t have an exam room considering I had made an appointment and checked in online but whatever. Soon after she finished, they had a room open up, so I went in there and waited for the doctor. As I waited I looked around and was disgusted by the condition of the room. The floors looked like they had not been swept or mopped in at least a week. Once again the western theme was carried over into the exam rooms. I realize this is Lagrange Ga, but come on. My dog's veterinarian has a cleaner and more sanitary exam room. Finally, I saw the doctor for about 1 minute total. It was just long enough for him to tell me that I had tested positive for the flu. Given the sanitary state of the clinic, I am really doubting this. Also, within a day I was feeling better. I think he spent more time telling me how to get from exam room to the exit (which was 2 turns in a short hallway). I wanted to tell him " thank you captain obvious". I think next time I will just make the trip back to Carrollton where they have more than one walk up clinic, and it doesn't look like a throwback to the wild west dirt floor and all.

I was down with what I thought was a brutal flu and was treated on a Saturday (with base clinic being closed), and saved me several excruciating hours at an ER right before i was traveling out of town.

She called in my prescription to the pharmacy in the city I live, however, the prescription was never received, and I have sat on the phone with several different people that were unable to get a hold of the NP to add in my prescription. With my illness progressing, I will likely have to go to another urgent care clinic to get the prescription I need. Very disappointed with the service, and it has resulted to be a significant waste of time and money. Do not recommend.

So they are changing their model to something oc a contactless front, where they only have a Kiosk and there is no person out front. which to be honest could be far more welcoming. So the Stitches event was great for the situation, people were friendly and they sewed up a large gash in my hand, fairly quickly. No issues, self-pay for this event was 125 total with a tetanus shot. The allergic reaction visit they deferred and sent me to an ER, which was a different issue. but not of consequence for this review. The third visit was for primary care, did not see a DR, I saw a PA, who was friendly and polite, it was a good visit, I had 3 referrals, that were necessary to see other doctors, a month later, I still have not received those referrals, now at other DR's when you get a referral they do it right there, and get you set up, it's done and your on your way, here they send it to someone in some other office where it seems to take forever, I guess it's good I don't have a life-threatening condition, at the two and a half week mark we went to this location to talk to someone regarding the slow turnaround for referrals. So here is where things change, we first had to communicate with someone of course with no person out front it was by talking loudly enough to get someone's attention behind the pulled-down screen, (luckily the place appears empty out front) then a nurse came to the door, who talked to us for a moment about the referrals then went and talked to a white coat, now I did not get the name of the blonde hair blue eyed with glasses short with a thicker build person in the white coat that came and spoke to us, but the attitude and approach were unnecessary, inflammatory even it was as if we had interrupted a nap or meal. They told us, in a very matter-of-fact way that this is how it is. and it could take a month to get the referrals, to which she was not wrong it has been a month. I also received the bill notification from my insurance yesterday, for the visit, over $800 for a primary care visit for a 30-minute in-office with an appointment situation. I would call this excessive for a Well visit to get referrals, That I still have not received. I would have given a 2 on this for the slow referral game, it's unacceptable for a referral to take a month. The 1 is for the unnecessary attitude with the white coat that talked to us, that IMO us it is unacceptable anywhere, even if the situation is outside of your control, the consumer is not the one that should be receiving a bad attitude from a "care giver" because they are asking questions about slow turnaround on referrals. Epic fail!

Tonight I'm already feeling better. A cleaning of my right ear (not the problem ear)) and an evaluation of the left by the skillful physician resulted in a diagnosis of an inner-ear infection! Thank you so much ACE for being open, for seeing me quickly and for giving me such excellent care that I needed. It's wonderful to have this group of caregivers in our community!! :)

They did not give her any fluids there they did not give her a referral as to where she could seek out they had no continuation of care, even though my mom was severely dehydrated, and her O2 levels were low. They did not order any further testing. My mom had to go to the emergency room today and she is septic. This is straight up negligent care I would not recommend going here go to Thomasville go to Valdosta or wherever you need to go, but if you're looking for someone to actually treat you like a person and to try and figure out what's actually going on rather than just prescribing a blanket antibiotic, you need to go elsewhere.

It's quite spacious- Doctors building, Outpatient wing, ER, Primary Care offices. It looks like a college campus. Here today with my dad for pre op surgery scheduled Friday. Check in was painless . We waited 20 min before we were called to the back. Patient services clerk was very nice and friendly. She made us feel comfortable and welcome. Several forms to sign but she explained each form and what and how each is used. Vitals were taken all were good! The staff was great from intake to departure. This hospital services all the surrounding counties . If you're in the area, consider this hospital. There are several primary care physicians onsite.
