Each time I am finished with a service I get a hard time about my certificates . I was told that I should have informed the staff that I have old and new certificates. The staff is in front of the computer . How do I know which ones they are using. On top of the fact , the amount used to purchase the certificates don't expire , as per the law! You and your staff have argued with me about this. Last time I was told one certificate had $60 something dollars on it but your staff said that must be a mistake because it says I was only owed lunch in a package . Which is it , lunch or $60 . This is unacceptable. Now that I write bad reviews everywhere, now you want to give me the gift certificate value. This shows everything about you and your company to me and to your potential customers.

I have been seeing Hilda, the very experienced nail technician, regularly for true Shellac gel manicures and pedicures. She pays exquisite attention to detail and is a perfectionist. My cuticles have never looked better and I have never had a better manicure or pedicure than hers. I also recently had a massage with their one and only masseuse (I forget her name) and it was a wonderfully relaxing experience. She was able to help me with some trouble spots and provide guidance on how to manage those areas going forward. You can tell she is extremely knowledgeable in her area of expertise. You will have to book both services well in advance or happen to catch a last minute opening because both have a loyal following and are extremely popular! Also, prices were not addressed beforehand and seemed to be increased because of the fact I did not know the store prices. I was so upset and embarrassed so went to Jennifer for a haircut first- while there we discussed how she would fix my hair! The next day I was in there and after a couple of hours - VOILA my hair was absolutely stunning! I had full foil highlights done- and then she applied what they call a GlaZe that was purple!
