The price was steep for being deemed a balayage ($395), but essentially received highlights. Also, prices were not addressed beforehand and seemed to be increased because of the fact I did not know the store prices. To continue, I wanted lighter ends than the top as showed in the inspiration photos, and I got lighter top of the head and hardly any at the bottom. Great hairstylist, though from a client perspective, I wished for overall more transparency and more listening to my desires. Negotiate/understand price beforehand! (Lesson learned)

I get it People get sick Things happen However, there's at least a dozen if not more of people working there and not one of them had the common decency to text me to say my person left early sick and another can take you, but we're running about 30 minutes where has common courtesy gone I get it, they do so much repeat business and walk ins that they don't have to be decent human beings and be thoughtful of others and their time I left another event to go be a good customer and had they had the common decency and common sense to take 30-seconds out of their day to alert me of the change , I would have been 100% fine with it The lack of communication is disappointing

I was so upset and embarrassed so went to Jennifer for a haircut first- while there we discussed how she would fix my hair! The next day I was in there and after a couple of hours - VOILA my hair was absolutely stunning! I had full foil highlights done- and then she applied what they call a GlaZe that was purple! Super fun! I love the way it came out! I get so many compliments it's amazing! I feel better about myself and will continue to go back to Jennifer! She's a keeper! THANK YOU JEN!

Kiki did an amazing job! She magically turned my hair into the exact blonde color I always loved and tried to get in those other places. I'm a beautiful blonde once again without any gray, green or orange hues like in other places. Thanks, Kiki! I'm done searching and will be back.
