Horrible customer service , the women in the front are rude and incompetent- especially with new patients.

I have to say I agree with everyone of these reviews, until about 1-2 years now, she has been rude,…read moreshort, no patience to the point I actually don't want to see her, which makes me sad to loose what I have felt was a good doctor. My wife came back from an appointment and told me how rude and mean she was and wants to find a new doctor. I don't know what is happening with the doc. But my neighbor who originally referred us to her, we ran into each other the other day, and she said she is afraid to see her because she isn't the same person the last year, last time she saw her the dr. got mad because she wasn't taking the vitamins she sold at the office, she raised her voice at her and made her feel like a bad child. The neighbor is seeing another doctor and gave us their info. I thought we were loosing our minds or personal to just my wife and me, no it isn't. Dr. Moshfeghi has become very impatient and frankly borderline uncomfortable to be around. Now we have to find another doctor. Sad very sad !

Dr. Moshfeghi is amazing. I took my father (97years old), has dementia and was experiencing severe…read moreheadaches. Dr. recommended a few prescriptions, nasal spray and CBD lotion to rub behind neck. Headaches are gone which is amazing and a blessing. My father also suffers from some type of skin irritation which the good doctor recommended a dermatologist which he has appointment this morning. She's done so much for him already and is a relief and very comforting. She's showed she really cares vs. my father's last Dr. that seemed little or no interest at all. My highest rating and would highly recommend her to all. Regards, Stanley H.

I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend this Urgent care to everyone please go here. They have a spacious parking lot or street parking. Only note is they do not take insurance it's all out of pocket but very affordable.

Front desk and Dr. Gluzman were both kind and I really did appreciate the fact that he tested me…read morefor more than just strep (which is what I went in & was concerned about) but the pricing seemed a little much. My total was about $150 (the office visit is $75 and the influenza + covid test was an additional $70) but the tests were rapid tests you can get at CVS but hey, they don't take insurance so I don't mind that too much. ALSO keep in mind they do not take ANY insurance, I didn't know that before I came in, I just thought they had a flat fee for folks who don't have any. What I did mind was when I called back today, I needed an accommodation letter or note for my job so they have documentation that allows me to work from home and whoever answered was quite rude (a male that wasn't the receiptionist woman I had seen before and also wasn't Dr. Gluzman). The itemized receipt was also... interesting & I'm just hoping my HSA doesn't put a hold on my account because of it. What's also interesting was some of the political commentary on Biden & queer folks that seemed unnecessary (I'm a lesbian so it probably bothered me more than it would others but I'm also good at ignoring stuff like this lol) but other than that they were kind and got me in & out. Unfortunately I did test positive for COVID but at least this Dr. even thought to test me for that, the last urgent care doctor didn't even think to do that.
