Hoped for the best since it was our pups first time away from home and first time being around other dogs. Drop off: We arrived and Chad was amazing and reassuring. We left feeling comfortable leaving Ollie in good hands. During vacation: we received a daily notification with pictures either mid day or end of day which is what was expected and I knew we'd get contacted if we really needed to be. Pick up: Ollie was excited to see us. I felt bad making him leave all his new friends. So far does not seem like he picked up any bad habits which I did leave Chad instructions...not allowed on furniture, meal times, wake and bed time, so on. Overall we were very happy with their services. 10/10 in our books, we will definitely use them again!!!
