Our situation is fairly complex. My husband is on Medicare and we just moved to Washington state. He needed a Medicare advantage plan. I was insured up until he suddenly qualified for Medicare, which combined with about a dozen other difficult factors in our lives, caused a hiccup and I just had dropped the ball on my own coverage. I was drowning in indecipherable info online so made and appointment with a volunteer, which ,to be honest, was a huge waste of time and gasoline. Stacey was able to quickly help me understand which Medicare advantage plan made sense for my husband and helped me figure out the best low cost high value option for myself as well.
