I have used this service for the past 3 years and was very satisfied all the way around (pickup and dropoff plus pleasant drivers) until today. Both trips I was subjected to an ongoing phone conversation while the drivers were driving. First off lots of times they are driving ill persons who don't wish to listen to their entire conversation. For me it was quite irritating, not to mention it just might break their focus on the road. Both trips were over 1 hour, so I think management should let their drivers know do not hold lengthly conversations on the phone that are not work related. Hopefully the next time I ride for MEDICAL REASONS, I will again be pleased with the service I receive. read more

As a rider with Agape for the past 5 years, I was very satisfied, however Agape is lacking drivers to easily transport clients to the medical appts, or for pickup. On 2/27/23 I had an appointment; my pickup time was 8:00 am, I was pickup at 8:40, for a appointment at 9:00 am, and to top it all of, after my appt, I text return and call and no one pick up the phone, living me stranded at the office, and me without money to take a cab or bus for that matter. This is not the first time that this issue happens to me and other riders, Agape needs a new management or owner. Today I call to complaint on 2/ 28/23 and the rep, hang up the phone on me. Stay away from this Transportation car base service, this company is the worst I have ever experienced, non reliable, if you think you will make it to your doctor appointment on time well nope you will not, they pick you up super late or they will cancel you last minute, also, worst customer service, please do everyone a favor go out of business. read more

It is a shame that they are so overbooked that that even when you call to remind and sit on the phone for half hour waiting for them to pickup (every time), to remind them again of the client pickup time..... that they think it's ok to say "the driver is on their way" and then leave someone sitting in the cold wind for over 1.5 hours. There is no support, the person who answers the phone has little regard for her actions when she does answer, or she is so overworked and underpaid that Agape should be ashamed. They have an APP that is supposed to tell you where your forever is at: It DOESN'T work. You click and it gives you a blank page. So you don't know where the driver is at, they don't answer their phone and you end up sitting there when if they at least answered the phone and OWNED UP to the fact they didn't put your ride in into an hour later, you could at least go get something to eat so you're not cold and hungry and spending your valuable time not knowing what is happening at all. ZERO stars for Agape. I really tried with them. Use Celebrity Luxury and you'll actually get someone on the phone who cares. read more

Lied to insurance company about pickup and had elderly cancer patient waiting 2 hours in the freezing NYC cold for a cab, told 20mins over 3 times just ultimately to be told there is no drivers. not the first awful interaction either, stay away people in search for medical transportation read more

On 2/11/21. I had an appointment physical Therapy for lower back pain at 1pm about 15 minutes away. I was picked up at 1:40pm. I asked to be picked up for return ride. I was told it would be 45 minutes or less. At 3:20pm I was told by the dispatcher that she was canceling my trip, because I was annoyed because she kept changing the time excepted for my ride. I had to take the bus part of the way then walk the rest of the way home. read more

I had an appointment today and scheduled a pick up at 730 , it's 830 and they still haven't picked me up. i call the base and the guy tells me to hold on to "call the driver" the phone hangs up and I have yet to hear from anyone. I am leaving this review while i am in the car. I had surgery today and am not feeling well at all. I gave a simple suggestion to this driver so we could avoid traffic,he completely ignored me. I then asked why I'm being ignored only to be ignored again. It's been over 15 mins and I have yet to receive any type of answer or response. This is horrible customer service and not the way u treat ppl. Because of this horrible experience and customer service I will never again use this car service. This company started out well. But I feel like that was just to get me as a customer. I have had several issues with this company. I've misse d several IMPORTANT appointments because of them. For one a lot of the drivers are not bilingual, they only speak Spanish. So when they call me and say they are outside and I tell them give me 5 mins...they leave and cancel ( mind you they are suppose to wait up to 15 minutes) then I either have to find my way to my appointment or wait for them to find another driver. Also it's not easy for me to just say I'm not going to my appointment because I'm on dialysis. My most recent issue with this company was with a specific driver EDDIE MARTINEZ. He picked me up one morning and was very rude. He was impatient...and sped off before I got out the car correctly. This happened twice. I called the company and spoke to a manager who said she will make note/ speak to the driver and that they will not send him anymore for my trips. Just when thought the situation was resolved they sent him again...I then called the company again and made a complaint and spoke to another supervisor that told me he would make sure I didn't get that driver again. Today as I am writing this review they sent him again and when I called the company the dispatcher was like there is nothing he can do because there are no drivers.I then had to wake up my mother in order to drive me to dialysis . I am very disappointed in their service. Why would you continue to send me a driver that is beyond rude?. And I feel like they treat me like crap. They only say they are going to take note and speak to drivers and really they don't. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO NO ONE. So I usually ALWAYS have problems in the morning with this company. And when I mean always I mean always. Either the driver will call and say he will be here in 15 minutes but then 40 minutes will pass and he wont be here so I will call and he will say "you have to call them to confirm" like you just told me you were coming. This has happened countless times, or they will forget to send me a car and I will have to call them instead and instead of just apologizing and sending me a car they will be extremely rude and make up excuses before sending me a cab. So due to them making me extremely late every single day yesterday I decided to call for this morning so that I could remind them to send me a cab on time and schedule me for the right time. Some guy picked up and I asked nicely if I can schedule for the morning and he literally huffed at me and sighed extremely rudely, said "CALL BACK LATER" and straight up hung the phone up on me. I had to call back again and finally someone finally helped me but yea, This was my last straw. What is wrong with these people and who is hiring them? If you hate your job so much then dont work.
