She probably charged Medicare for the visit even though she did nothing to serve him and left after a few minutes. They tried to change the date that we exited to get out of paying for transportation to the next residence. "Golden Rule" is for advertising purposes only. They would not like to be treated the way we were treated.

Typically understaffed in nursing, especially at night and weekends. But the staff that was there was almost universally excellent. I would especially commend Nurse Cassie for service above and beyond. They have social activities that appear to bolster morale and socialization. Although I did not participate in them for my own reasons. They had daily activities and they posted calendars in the rooms listing them. The meals? I do not eat. So I cannot really review them. During COVID, it is especially hard as we are not able to visit on a regular basis and do the things we typically would for her however the staff is always there to assist us in whatever we need.
