TLC was hired to assist…read morewith day to day care including not only companionship but also assistance with the tasks of day to day living including personal hygiene, medications, reminders etc. During that time, my loved one experienced a number of infections that were due to poor hygienic practices and the failure of caregivers to recognize the signs of infection. This resulted in hospitalizations and follow up medical care. While a few of the caregivers were kind and well intentioned, the care provided was lacking in terms of what was needed. Similarly there were numerous problems with scheduling, billing and the front office staff in terms of answering questions or general assistance. I would not recommend this provider.
