I wanted to thank you and all the staff who supported my father the past six months. The TLC caregivers helped my father to feel comfortable in his new surroundings when he first moved back into his Cedar Hill apartment in October. They provided him with the additional support he needed to regain some strength and confidence after he left the hospital. He was able to walk more with their support and supervision and he enjoyed their company. He appreciated their professionalism and attentiveness, their respect of his wishes, and his need for privacy at times. I'd also like to recognize Robin (in particular) and Courtney for their work on scheduling caregivers, their patience, and flexibility. It was often difficult to anticipate exactly how much support my father would need. I appreciate Robin's patience and willingness to work with me closely (sometimes on short notice) as his needs evolved. Her clear communication helped to ensure things went smoothly and that his needs were met... recognizing the efforts of Amy Warchal, Yenda 'Me, Craig, and Myrna. There are others who also deserve recognition but who had transitioned to other clients and were no longer with him later on. One example would be Donna. I know he enjoyed her company and valued her support. She made him laugh. Thank you again for all of your support! read more

I was asked to write this review by the management of TLC. I live in Costa Rica and my parents are in Vermont. I am writing this review on all three of their pages as I am not sure which one is accurate. I am so grateful for the help and support provided by TLC HomeCare during my Mom''s trip to the ER on Wednesday night. After a very difficult 6 months, I was excited to be on my way to the Boston airport returning home to Costa RIca. I then received a call from The Residence that they were sending Mom to the ER in an ambulance after a fall. My excitement quickly vanished and I considered all my options. Given the great support last time in the ER, I contacted TLC HomeCare. TLC's scheduled Sharon, who Mom is now very attached to, was at the UVMMC ER in no time. She stayed with Mom until her return to The Residence at midnight. Given Mom's dementia, having someone there I believe was critical. I was so relieved and thankful for this option. I was able to get on the plane and Mom seemed fine when I spoke with her via video phone yesterday:). I am grateful to all that made this happen at a time Me and Mom really needed it. TLC HomeCare asked me to submit this review for them. TLC has been caring for my parents for little over three years. Their caregiving staff are very good to my parents. They had some staff turnover initially in their business office causing delays in invoicing. However, things had been very smooth for last two years. All of the office staff are wonderful to work with. My siblings and I will recommend TLC to any children who are looking for a home health care agency for their parents. read more

Our mom has received excellent care. We hired TLC to take care of our mom. She is in her late seventies and has always been independent all her life. But over the past few months, since she has needed help due to memory loss. TLC has been very quick and professional in providing trained, competent caregivers to take care of our mom.
