I waited less than 5 minutes. Intake with assistant was thorough, professional and friendly. Xays were done on the spot. Ten minutes later pictures had been reviewed with doctors and treatment options were presented to me in detail. I have arthritis, and injured my knee (direct impact, knocked down by a 60 lb dog running fast straight at me, playing our chase game). I chose a cortisone shot, which was administered painlessly by Seth. (Although I was advised to expect relief in a few days, tonight the difference in stiffness and pain is remarkable.) Seth recommended exercises that would strengthen the supporting musculature around the knee, and said water aerobics is ideal. I left feeling very appreciative of and impressed by the care of this team and the efficiency of the office. That has remained constant for the past 15 years that I have been a patient here.

The horrible part is the paper thin walls which allow for the conversation in the next room to reverberate in the room you are in. If they were talking about the injury of the other patient, that would be fine, but that is not what they were talking about-they were "shooting the breeze and talking about a recent move, etc. This went on for 20 minutes...After all of my wait, Dr. Kaplan spent less than 10 minutes with me, giving me no real answers or follow up appointment, only sending me away-returning to the other room with the patient he had been talking to before. I can't believe I had to pay a 20 co-pay for almost an hour and a half for an 8 minute doctor visit that gave me NOTHING. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

This service provided care for an elderly relative for a number of months. This resulted in hospitalizations and follow up medical care. While a few of the caregivers were kind and well intentioned, the care provided was lacking in terms of what was needed. Similarly there were numerous problems with scheduling, billing and the front office staff in terms of answering questions or general assistance. I would not recommend this provider.

She is in constant pain, yelling out in confusion at times, falling multiple times almost daily now and no one seems concerned about her husband's needs. He is beyond mentally and physically drained and is in a lot of pain himself trying to take care of his wife. She needs 24/7 care but can not afford to pay out of pocket for such care and has no family to help. Some of the nurses are rude and disrespectful to others saying anything to them, they act as if they are gods and know everything, I can assure you they do not as I am an ICU RN since 1986. I left the house last night after a terrible event crying because of the lack of concern the on-call nurse had for the client. The husband was sick last night, the client had multiple falls and one was a direct hit on her face with a large black eye. The husband was alone with her for the night. Bayada nurse said she was in a safe environment and getting the care she needed. How could that be so when the husband was sick, no one to help him and his wife falling down very frequently and needs constant care. I did all I could do as the Bayada nurse was so disrespectful and rude, I had to leave. I left crying out of frustration and shock that a nurse could think the client was fine. I have not seen such a lack of care, empathy, and knowledge in a long time. highly suggest you get as many family members and friends who are caring and empathic and us a different service for care.
