I get comments all the time I look 10 years younger than I am and it is in huge part because of Renu and the amazing ladies that run it- from the ladies in the front, to Brittany and Abby, and the rest of the ladies who do all the treatments offered. I just had my last treatment on Friday. I had IPL and Scarlett and then Brittany did a different one on my eyes, which I am forgetting the name. If you want cheap, unexpected results, then this place is not for you. I've been coming here off and on for several years and took a couple breaks (once b/c of COVID, once b/c I couldn't be bothered to coordinate my schedule). After my first couple treatments, I was sold and signed up for the monthly club (I think there are several levels). When I took the first break b/c of COVID and then returned, the front desk folks initiated putting a stop on my monthly club dues b/c I had accrued such a large balance and they wanted me to use some of it up before re-starting my dues. WHO DOES THAT? I really appreciated their customer service, from the front desk to all of the providers who welcome each and every guest. If you know what you like, please let the front desk know and they'll try to match you with the right provider!

If they don't want to do a basic facial why have it on the "menu?" First into a chemical peel which wasn't the solve for existing pimples. Then into a diamond glow facial. Then proceeded to wash my face and do a mask that took 20 mins. I asked for extractions (which are typical) - she left the three zits on my face and bypassed by chin altogether until I asked again. Never walked out of a facial smelling bad and with a face full of zits. It was $130 to have my face washed and a mask.

My favorite sample was a toner she used and completely rejunvinated my skin - it was the Beta Clarifying Solution. I highly recommend her!
