Came here because it was highly recommended by two of my friends. I purchased a syringe of juvaderm to fill my lips. The injections employee, was amazing with my consultation and the actual injection. She didn't over do the injections and she kept my lips looking natural. The one star is for her, and her only. Unfortunately like most people I bruised after the injections. Vitahl gave me the option to come back in two days later and have the bruises lasered off. I had my injections on a Thursday and by Saturday I was back again to relieve the dark bruises. Danielle was the employee doing the laser. She cleaned my lips which were obviously cracked due to swelling and had 0 care about swiping the alcohol swab over them. Making them burn like hell. 2 zaps in on my top right lol, things were going good. One zap into my left top lip and things went TERRIBLY wrong. As Danielle positioned the tip of the wand on my lip it was touching my gums. I asked her if that is how it should be, she said she would move it. But didn't. Zapped my gums. I immediately made her stop. It was burning, on fire and incredibly sore. She said she had one more left to do. Unfortunately I allowed her to do it. And regrettably she hit my gums and inside of my lip as well. Driving home in pain I immediately knew something wasn't right. The next 4 days I could not eat, or even drink liquid. My gums had been burnt from the laser and I was confirmed this by my dentist. I told vitahl what had happened and they said I could come in and the doctor would take a look at it. I returned. Danielle was the person they sent me to see. She acted as if nothing was wrong. When everything was wrong. Then she handed me off to the receptionist. I NEVER saw the "Doctor". That was it. I was even told that the laser they used was calibrated too high and they had to have someone come in to re calibrate it. SERIOUSLY? Isn't this suppose to be a professional med Spa? I was looking forward to doing a liquid facial and continuing my Botox and juvaderm there. But will never return. Not only did the laser procedure go terribly wrong. No one cared to fix it. I had a pretty awful time here, but I didn't realize just how bad it was until I went somewhere better. I came for lip augmentation, my first time doing anything cosmetically invasive at all. I didn't exactly know what to expect, but from the moment I walked in I felt very out of place, and looked down on. The "consultation" was simply the injections nurse trying to sell me on different products. She didn't listen to what I wanted at all, or seem to care what I was really looking for. She tried to talk me into botox, even though she didn't know how my multiple sclerosis is would be effected by it. That should have been my flag to leave and go elsewhere, but I decided to go ahead with the procedure. She numbed my lips and left me alone for over 30 minutes, which made the numbing cream begin to wear off by the time she came back to actually poke me. I paid for one syringe of Juviderm (extremely overpriced if you do your research). The procedure was extremely painful (now that I've been elsewhere I know that this pain is abnormal), and made me bruise very badly (again, something a better place was able to avoid). She also did not use the full syringe in the procedure. I figured that she was saving some for my follow up, but when I asked her later I was informed that they don't hold onto unused product. It was a waste of money to pay for a full syringe if she didn't use it, especially because she could have! Long story short, my lips looked NO different except for the fact that they are now lumpy and uneven, and not the shape I wanted, and I wasn't told about any of the possible risks, or asked about my health history. They also posted photos of me to social media without any consent. When I went in to ask for a refund, I got a runaround by the head doctor, and was refused. I now have to open a claim with my bank. I now know that the doc here isn't board certified, and that I should have done my research. This place may be fine for facials etc. But STAY AWAY if you're looking for injectables, and be warned that it is very overpriced. Try Raval instead. read more

I purchased a serum from the Cherry Creek store which was over $130 and was told it would last me over 4 months. The lid of the serum does not stay tight. Despite tightening the lid repeatedly, an hour later it was lose. In one week, I have lost over half of the product. I've never experienced a faulty bottle of this before. I am unsure why, possibly that it had expired? Either way, when I called to explain the situation, I was told that I spilt the product, and could not be refunded or given new product. Staff was completely unhelpful and acted as though they were not successful enough to have any kind of quality customer service. Despite the office being closed for renovations this week. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I used to be a happy customer a few years ago, until they screwed me over. Put down 50$ for 'Spa Week', then was told that I had to purchase 10 more units at full price. Wasn't willing to do that, and my money was never refunded. I visited Vitahl for laser scar treatment. It was a very costly treatment, and I did not see any improvement in my scar. I wish the technician would have informed me that the treatment might not be right for my type of scar. In the end, I went to a different facility and did a different laser treatment. My wife and I recently discovered Vitahl for some spa treatments. This is not your local massage spa, this is a high-end 'medical spa' featuring services from Botox to skin treatments to fat reduction (non-invasive). From check-in to treatment, the customer service is outstanding. I was a bit concerned having seen one review (out of a limited number) that was critical on customer service, but we certainly could not say anything negative in this area! The space is warm and relaxing and the rooms are mixed between those similar to high-end massage tables to more 'treatment' based rooms. Thus far, we have seen Brooke and Kenna - both were excellent - both in treatment execution and "bedside manner." I considered removing one star due to cost, but sometimes you get what you pay for and, in this case, that is certainly true. We will certainly be back and I would have absolutely no hesitation recommending Vitahl to anyone. read more

Love, love, love this place! Front desk staff is friendly, the office is beautiful (and comfortable) and parking is easy. Most importantly, I have nothing but confidence in Angel and what she recommends for my skin! The lady knows what she's talking about and it was obvious immediately during our initial consultation. I've tried a few services here, have had nothing but great results so far and at this point wouldn't trust my skin care or laser hair removal to anyone else. I also like that she has never tried to sell me on some expensive or complicated skin care regimen...any recommendations have been simple and clearly focused on getting results. I disagree with other reviewers who felt that the services here were expensive or over-priced...I haven't noticed much of a difference between the pricing at Vitahl and other places that I have been to or have considered. What I HAVE noticed a difference in however, is my skin. That being said, I still really appreciate the specials and promotions they offer which give me an extra bang for my buck. They are very friendly and I like the environment. However, I was there to get my tear trough fillers done in the beginning of June, and I feel like it already looks like I didn't even have anything done. It's only been 2 months. I've had tear trough filler done before (somewhere else) and it lasted me over a year, so I'm really disappointed. I've even had lip fillers done earlier this year in March (somewhere else as well) and that is still fine. I feel like I spent money for absolutely nothing. My consultant has hyped up on coffee or something and didn't seem to listen to me, she stated she would have a doctor call me (over 2 weeks now and no call) My treatments will be with a company that treats patients with respect and on a one on one basis. Can't say enough good things about this place. Beautiful office and great location. Came in here for a consultation about the MiraDry procedure and left excited to get it done. The girls here are all wonderful and friendly. After a short debate, I made my first appointment to get my 'pits zapped. I'm not going to say it was "fun", but the girls made the experience great. After a few weeks of soreness I was ready to get round 2 done. 3 months later the experience was just the same and now I am sweat free! I received Restylane injections into my lips and the outcome was terrible. It felt as if 100 BB's lined the top of my upper lip. I was very upset, because it did affect my speech for a day or two. When I contacted the spa,in Cherry Creek, Dr. Tahl Humes administered the injections, the gal at the front desk acted as though I was at fault. I went in for a follow-up and Dr. Humes merely massaged the beads, which didn't do anything to change my situation. It is unfortunate to share that no solution was offered and I left. I am so so so happy I came to see Dr. Humes! I moved here from NY where I used to see very well renowned dermatologist Amy Wechsler for botox and was so scared to go to some one new! I received AMAZING results at a great price (maybe I just still haven't full adjusted to the change from NY to Colorado!)
