I hate to be that person but... :(( My husband ordered flowers for delivery to my work today, and he was charged $170. Four o'clock comes around and it was time for me to leave work and he called me and asked if I ever got a flower delivery, and I didn't. Luckily, Aggieland Flowers was only a few minutes from my job so I went in and picked them up. Since they were supposed deliver, I asked if they could refund my husbands card the delivery fee and was told yes, and that they would call him. They called him and said since he paid with a debit card (which...is not out of the ordinary) they cannot refund the $50 delivery fee....instead she asked if we'd like to come in their store and get $50 worth of chocolate, or a delivery credit for next time. Very sad to be hateful but my husband basically threw his $170 out the window. (Very kind staff, but a series of unfortunate events) read more

Living 1500 from College Station, I needed to send flowers to my dad that was in the hospital. I got the puppy basket delivered today and I love it so much! It is even better than the picture on the site. I attached pictures but they don't do it justice. It is really really big and densely filled. So often flowers don't look like the pictures online but mine look even better. In the photo online there is more greenery but it is only because they wouldn't have been able to fit any with how many flowers are in it. I put it beside my bed and when I woke in the middle of the night I jumped thinking my dog was on the table. Haha. Every single flower was perfect. I have never seen this many flowers in a basket even at twice the price. Also the driver called to see if I was at home, if it was a good time to deliver, asked if it is ok to put on doorstep, knock and leave. This may be the best florist I've worked with so far and I purchase a lot of floral arrangements for gifts throughout the year. Not only are their arrangements reasonably priced (I got this beautiful arrangement for under 65 including delivery) but their customer service sets the bar for other floral shops. I called to see if they could do same day delivery for my step mom who is local and they were able to find a perfectly crafted arrangement already made that could be delivered that day. Within a few hours, the flowers were out the door and at the front porch. They called and texted when they were on the way to the home for delivery- because they couldn't get a hold of anyone, they immediately called me and asked how I'd like to handle the delivery. I told them to go ahead and leave them at the front for her and the driver put them in a perfect shaded spot and sent me a picture to confirm the delivery. Their personal touch and attention to detail were immensely appreciated and made me feel very cared for as a customer, let alone first time customer.
