The sales person who directed us to parts and service was nice. The niceness ended there. We went back to the service area. Three women were working. I talked with the one sitting at the desk who seemed to be in charge and explained the problem to her. They all seemed a bit ticked that I interrupted the conversation they were having. They asked if I bought the dryer there. I said no. They said that they could not send someone to our place because 25 miles was too far to travel. They told me I could bring it in for a $75 service fee. As soon as I said I didn't buy it there, the attitude shifted I felt like I wasn't good enough for them because I didn't buy from them, even though I was willing to pay for repairs. Then, they asked me what type of dryer it was. When I said LG, I kinda got a sigh and a sneer, and was told that they don't work on LG appliances. It now become very obvious that I was bothering them, wasn't good enough for them, and that we were no longer wanted. Had I been looking for any other new appliances, I definitely wouldn't have looked there. I won't go back. I don't recommend this business to anyone. It seems as if your business is not wanted if you didn't buy your appliance from them, or if you're not planning on buying a new one from them.

    Nick never gave me a receipt for services rendered and I paid him for my deductible. Nor did Nick…read morecontact my insurance company which I had asked him on several occasions and provided him the information and a contact person in order to provide them with a copy of the invoice with his conclusion so that the issue can be resolved. I have tried several times to contact him with no return phone calls. His voicemail is full and I'm unable to leave a voice message. He was very pleasant while he was here and seemed to be very honest. He reviewed my situation he said it's beyond repair he then took my money without providing a receipt and without his conclusion in writing. He never bothered to complete the job by sending a resolution to the Insurance Company. I do not recommend this man since he does not stay on top of his jobs. I'm really sorry and wish I had something more positive to say about this man but, I'm not one to praise someone who doesn't care about his customers or even care enough to help resolve the issue. I 76 years on a fixed income and I am now without a washer and cannot get reimbursed from the insurance company because he has not submitted an invoice of completion with diagnostic concerning the issue. That's what we pay for insurance for and he doesn't appear to care about my needs as a Professional.

I went into my local stores first--as I always try to do to support local businesses--but they didn't have the model he needed. Staff recommended ordering online through Best Buy, which I did, purchasing a Dell with the required specs for an engineering student. Total cost: approximately $2,500. Within the first year, the computer completely failed three separate times. Each time, it was shipped out for repair. Each time, it came back and failed again. And each time, I was told some version of: "If this happens again, we'll replace it." Well, here we are again. This time, when the same failure occurred, I was suddenly told that we had "run out of time" and replacement was no longer an option. I attempted to escalate. I asked to speak with the manager, Cody--who never showed. I then spoke with Zach and Justin. They were polite, but it was clear they did not have the tools, authority, or training to deal with what is obviously a lemon product. Instead, I was given excuses that directly contradicted what I had been told multiple times before. I won't repeat the excuses here. What matters is this: * Best Buy failed to stand behind the product * Best Buy failed to honor what their own employees repeatedly promised * And when accountability was required, Best Buy disappeared This is exactly how local retail dies--not because of online competition, but because customers lose trust. A $2,500 computer that fails repeatedly should not become the customer's problem to absorb. This was handled poorly, inconsistently, and without integrity. I expected better.
