Did not even offer to come back and re-cover the ugly holes, I had to do that myself. Three years later the yard is a butchered mess and I am going to have to hire somebody else to try and fix it. It's disappointing to have someone come to your home, seem helpful in person, and then completely drop off with no follow-through. This situation also set me back on my spring landscaping plans.
