My husband applies gets a job the same day him and I have the same job skills we are both forklift certified and we have plenty of warehouse exp. The only differences he is male and I am female. Not only have I called countless times I but before I asked to speak with a recruiter no one was available they were all out for lunch. I ask for H.R phone number magically a recruiter is available. There are many…read morestaffing/temp agencies in Michigan DO NOT waste your time working with the people at Express Employment Pros of Westland & Farmington Hills. Working with this agency over the last couple of weeks was absolutely horrible! The staff is disorganized, unprofessional, has poor customer service, and losses/can't find your file. The staff answers the phone as if your a bother to them. They say they'll call you back but won't. I sent an updated 2016 resume and called about any opportunities available. I was told they never got my resume. I resent my resume only to be told by someone else that the first resume I sent was received. I did a prescreening 2 weeks later the staff couldn't find it; so, I did another. I calmly informed the Office Manager about my recent experiences. The Office Manger immediately got a loud nasty aggressive attitude, stating "Well if the quality of service is so poor, why you want to sign up with us anyway?" I reminded her that I already signed up in 2011; I'm just updating my file. Informed her the people at EEP were never like this before but I guess things and people change. I told her I wanted to talk to her about what was going on instead of just putting another poor review online.
