All his workers were professional and very efficient. I peeked out the window every once in a while and they were always just hammering away. But do to factors outside of their control we could not secure a permit for the property. They said it could be anywhere from 2-6 months. It was active raining and the home had active leaking on the inside. I was able to make some repairs I was happy with and felt I no longer needed a roof for the time being. So when I called and asked for my deposit back they informed me that I had passed to 3 days as specified on the contract. And they didn't even offer a possible partial refund. Especially since the process had been delayed then pushed back again. When they told be about the difficulty securing a permit it was well passed the 3 day grace. I'm especially sad because the deposit I submitted was more then the minimum 10%

The estimate was very fair and the process of getting the estimate and modifying specific parts of it were easy and handled with professionality. We had suspected that several facia boards needed attention or replacement, and that was done as well which was a pleasant surprise and very cost effective.
