After a few back-and-forths with dates and times, we were set for an arrival between 8a-9a. They arrived at 8:20am. Love that. There were 3 guys and they explained exactly how they'd approach the house and the windows. We have mostly very new windows and just a few older ones. They got to work immediately on the outside (3 stories) and were absolute pros at working the ladders. Before I knew it they were ready to start the inside...and again...experts at moving through the house efficiently. They finished at 11:20...that was much faster than I expected! Anyway, start to finish, scheduling and then the actual work, I'm super happy and look forward to seeing them again next year.

Their pricing was the best of the three contractors we considered, and they were also the only company willing to set up a non-export system so we could preserve our NEM 2.0 status and still get permission to operate from PG&E. That was a huge advantage for us, since other contractors were pushing us toward NEM 3.0. Their sales team was patient, helpful, and not pushy at all. Overall very happy with the service and quality of the team! My feedback for the team is to ensure during the quote walkthrough that the customer is aware of what work is or is not in scope for the cleaning service. As I learned after the fact that the hard water spots were not part of a regular cleaning service. The team went the extra mile to address them in this scenario but it wouldn't have been a problem had I known up front it was not included.
