They hang up on you if they answer at all and are terrible at getting back in a timely manner to answer any questions.. and when they do answer it is a one or two worded response. I have been trying to cancel my membership and for the past 3 months they have not sent my security deposit back. They claim that they explained this process to me of cancelling and that I hung up on them when they tried to explain this me. As I was trying to get more information Christy kept cutting me off and would not answer my questions, until she hung up on me. This is when trying to get speicfic information about my specific case. She said she'd email me the emmebership agreement we have and refudes to explain this to me since I can read it myself. This general agreement, which I have not received, would not say anything about my specific information. When I asked over the phoen about the total of my security deposit they told me I had to go to each Statement and add it up myself. At one point she said I have to return all supplied back to her, I asked which supplied and she said the rental agreement they emailed me that I paid for...and even paid the postage fee unaware which was very expensive for 100 printed out long rental agreements they make me give to customers. Overall it seems only 3 women work in this office and all are rude and very unhelpful.
