Every time I come in the open "gym" there is a water heated bed to massage your back, then there is a masseuse to massage your back for approx. 5 mins. You also have power plates which is vibration therapy (can work up to 10 minutes +). Then there is the adjustment bed and neck stretch area. All these things are SO worth it. I recommend giving it a try because you get your monies worth in the end.

You must wear socks and definitely wear comfy clothes. The salt room itself was very simple with a few anti-gravity chairs, relaxing music and soft colorful lighting. Pillows and blankets are available - it gets pretty cold in there. The salt machine is kind of loud but tolerable. Now I don't entirely know what I was expecting being new to salt spas but I don't think I was expecting to be in the room with others who arrived after us. The other couple had a strong smoke smell and were constantly moving around (and farting?) during the session which made it a bit distracting. They also had their phone out a few times - which we were told not to bring our phones inside. The business, of course, isn't responsible for who comes into their establishment so I don't blame them for that aspect. I just wish it was a more private room so that we could've really relaxed!
