So, I saved a lot of money. I wanted to give each child a balloon we had about 25 kids at the party and you will be surprised at how many of the teachers at the school wanted a balloon. I ordered 42 balloons. I would have paid over $420 at party city. I paid a little over $200 for the same amount. I was even able to get my sons name on the balloons. As far as the characters are concerned they were great. We rented 2 characters (1) Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle and Kung Fu Panda. I rented them for the day. (4 hours) It's $150 per character for 4 hours but they gave me a discount and I got both characters for $200 And I received a $10.00 coupon which I'm using soon. I received the character on time. I had my brother and uncle put the character on. The kids loved it. Can't wait to throw another party next year. This time I might rent more characters. :)

The only information presented was about the payment I made through Cash App. Despite her claims that we discussed this, which is untrue she was not willing to accept a payment with credit card. Not even through PayPal. I am uncomfortable with businesses and making transactions that do not protect me as the consumer in cases such as this. Beware of this business. The communication is awful and she presents a shoddy policy. Do not pay with Cash App because there is no protection for the consumer if she doesn't show up or there is an issue.
