These…read morechairs are available everywhere from Hayneedle, Amazon, and many other well-know and reputable companies, but the price is the same everywhere, except this company who is selling them for $20 less each. There was also free shipping. Happy to find them at a discount, I ordered from them. I used their chat line to verify stock, price, return policy etc in case I wasn't satisfied or they came defective or damaged. I was unaware of the poor reviews on Yelp that I only discovered later. I'd be wary of using this company again. Seems they get consistent bad reviews. The only person manning the chat line seems to be someone named Bruce and for some reason chats drop off and he continues the conversation via texting. I needed to chat several times over the course of 3 days and he often did not respond and they closed the chat due to inactivity (on his part, not mine) my initial order confirmation email said I would receive tracking info once shipped, and order was partially delivered while the company info on my acct still said it had not been shipped yet and I had received no tracking info on it. I discovered this when Bruce finally answered a chat when I was inquiring about why I'd only received 4 and not 8 chairs. Those chairs did arrive the next day. But it seems this company flies by the seat of its pants, with an impressive website, but indications of a limited staff, and I bet operates out of rented storage space, the kind that people rent with lift up garage type doors in a storage facility. I was lucky in that they had over 100 chairs in stock (and that I was given the truth on that) and I only needed 8. But the fact that the company address is in Miami, and they were shipped to a destination in Florida, yet no tax was charged, also has me suspicious. I may be wrong in my assessment but something just seemed off in my dealings with this company. Glad I got my chairs, though, and they are fine.
