All the materials were picked and purchased by the business, they weren't custom in anyway. It's not my problem that you might have exceeded the time to return them, you pushed the job twice in favor of other jobs that ran long, then blamed covid for the 3rd push back. Covid or not, it shouldn't have took 3 tries to get this job done. We lost 3 weeks of vacation time taking off to be home for the project. He then tried to offload the materials on us saying he would deliver them to our home. I'm not a contractor, I don't want the materials. I want my money for a job not done. Then we had to threaten legal action to get our money back because the business became extremely slow to not responsive for a week at a time. Mysteriously the 1st check was lost in the mail, still to this day hasn't made it to us so it makes me think it wasn't mailed. Called the BBB and PA attorney general's office after that. When we demanded tracking on a replacement check and again threatened legal action, that one magically made it to us. When we signed the contract we had days to give the deposit, yet it took him months to get us our money back. Buyer beware.

I called Joe on a Saturday morning, he answered my call, stated that he was working in the area and he would be willing to stop by and look at the roof after finishing his current job. Joe looked at the roof, explained what would be involved in the repairs, the cost & that he could do the job today and match my existing shingles. He is very knowledgeable and up front about the expectation of work and he strives to perfection. For us he did a drywall patch in our ceiling and part of the wall and he made sure we knew ahead of time that a patch will require the whole ceiling/wall to be repainted to match 100% and that he would do his best to make sure it matched the best he could. On the end of the first day he took paint samples from the ceiling and wall and did his best to try to match them.
