DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM THIS COMPANY! My best friend's father passed away and I found out in the early evening one day recently. I looked on line for a flower shop close to her with good reviews. I did not go over the reviews which I normally do because I didn't have the time and needed to purchase flowers as soon as possible. I went onto their website and found some thing I think she would've liked and made the purchase for delivery the next day. I received a confirmation email and everything and I was excited that I took care of it! The next day I called to confirm the order, since I ordered after hours. The phone went straight to voicemail, which I thought was really strange. I looked on the website again to confirm the hours and days open and they should have picked up the phone. So then I start to stress a little bit but I was hopeful that they would call me back in the next couple of hours. I tried calling them three other times that day and the phone kept going straight to voicemail. I even went through their website and emailed them and not once was I contacted and my best friend never received her flowers but my credit card was conveniently charged for the service. This is absolutely insane! Are you out of business? If you are take your website down and stop taking peoples money! I still haven't received a call back or an email back and my friend still is not received her flowers. It was extremely important for me to get her flowers the next day, and the website said next day delivery and I pick the date and it never showed up. This is unacceptable and if this business is active and running it's a horribly run business and you should not deal with them ever. If they are out of business they need to take down their website. I am extremely upset with this company. Once I looked into the reviews all the good reviews were years ago. All of the new reviews are bad and say the same thing which is they don't call you back or email you back and don't deliver what they say they're going to deliver! Awful! read more

Horrible! I placed an order with Agoura Flowers and received and received confirmation for a delivery date of 2/14/22. The flowers were ordered for my 11year old daughter. I've never missed a Valentines without delivering flowers for my little girl, Agoura Flowers failed us and made this years Valentines a miserable one for my little girl. I tried calling them around 7pm and spoke with a guy and a lady call Perla at these phone numbers 8052104964, 8189915470, (805) 210-4434, (818) 736-2159. We texted them screenshots confirming today's promised delivery that never happened. They showed extreme unwillingness to help us or accommodate the delivery. Instead, they were lying to us over the phone and providing us with misinformation. If allowed, I wouldn't give this florist a single star. We are thinking to litigate this matter for false advertisement and Fraud. read more

Do not order flowers from this place!! I paid $80 for flowers to be delivered. I called four times and emailed two times to make sure they were delivered before a certain time. They never picked up the phone or returned my calls and emails. On top of that, the flowers delivered looked NOTHING like the picture. So angry and frustrated. DON'T DO IT. An exceptionally beloved neighbor died quite suddenly. Several of us chipped in for a lovely arrangement for next day delivery to his family, our dear friends. I was uncomfortable that no confirmation of delivery email was sent the next day so I emailed and called to confirmed that the flowers were delivered, but no response. Emailed and called again the following day but no response again. Finally called our friend and she confirmed that NO FLOWERS WERE EVER DELIVERED, however, my credit card was charged. Made the order on February 1st for a February 14th delivery date. The flowers never arrived yesterday. To make up for the utter failure of 1-800-FLOWERS (terrible, terrible customer service), I called this local florist near my Valentine's work. I spoke with Ann(e), told her my dilemma, and she helped me pick a bouquet that was delivered same day. She even helped with my message ("Sorry these are late. Will you still be my Valentine?"). I received a bouquet from my son for a Mother's Day. It named "Grand Royale" and the lowest cost option is $149. He lives in Chicago, and cannot see the quality of the bouquet he purchased in Agoura Florist shop. Probably it is why the Agoura Florist shop believes that they can include completely dead flowers in the bouquet . After flowers were delivered, I called the shop and talk to Anne , explained to her, that 2 hydrangea flowers included In the bouquet are dead. One is dead completely, second one is dying. That is ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGEOUS to include DEAD flowers in any bouquet, but as I mentioned above - My bouquet COSTS $149. Anne said that the the shop can return the money back to my son, but only for those dead flowers, or she can delivered fresh hydrangea flowers to my home. But nothing was done. After I called the shop next day , they said that they need a picture of the dead flowers, otherwise they will do nothing. When I asked her - how long this bouquet stay fresh in general - she said 3 days. I would expect that such an expensive flowers should stay longer, but I am not sure, that these flowers will be fresh even for 3 days, because MOST of flowers DO NOT LOOK FRESH at the time of delivery, EVEN THE PRICE was $149 I would NOT RECOMMEND AGOURA FLORISt Shop to anybody. read more
