Thank you for delivering the flowers. However, I'm disappointed on the arrangement. If a vase that's shown on your site is not available, you should at least give the customer a call to choose something else. Vase was super huge. I know the flowers are not fully bloomed but at least arrange them the same as how the picture looks on your site, with white little flowers, green leaves all around, etc. I feel there was no effort put in the arrangement. For the amount that I paid for flowers and delivery fee, it's disappointing. I was really putting my trust in your flower shop. UPDATE: Within a few minutes of this post, Sara from the flower shop called me and was EXTREMELY apologetic for the mishap. I feel like they really do care and want to make things right. I will definitely give them another shot in the future and I am sure they will exceed all expectation. Thank you Sara for reaching out! I went against my better judgement and decided to order from Simi Flowers. First of all, they quote balloon prices on their website that don't match what they are once you add the item to the cart. I added one balloon and it showed $5.99, then when I got to the cart it showed $9.99. I called the flower shop to ask why, they designer that answered the phone told me it's because of the helium prices. I explained to her then why have they not updated the price on the website as it's very misleading and you get charged $4 more once you go to check out. She basically blew me off until I called her out on not really being helpful. Then she started being nice and I told her I was going to shop around. I shopped around and couldn't find what I wanted anywhere else, so I went back and ordered the arrangement. I requested the flowers to be delivered tomorrow 1/24, but just received a text from my friend that she received the flowers today 1/23. Her surgery is tomorrow and we wanted her to come home to flowers AFTER her surgery. Apparently they don't know how to update their website to reflect the correct pricing and they also don't read the deliver date requested. When I asked her to send me a picture of the arrangement, it looks smaller than expected as I paid an additional $15 to upgrade to Deluxe. Anyhow, proceed with caution, you might need to call and be very specific instead of using the online platform to complete you purchase. The only upside is the arrangement is beautiful. read more

We ordered a bouquet from this business. They were nice enough to offer to add on our cake delivery as long as we drop the cake off at their location. We dropped off the cake this afternoon and they confirmed the delivery would be done a little after 5 PM since they close at 5. Around 6:30PM we reach out to the home where the flowers & cake were to be delivered and they let us know they hadn't received anything. We check our email to see if we had received any delivery confirmation and we see at 5:11 PM the shop sent a confirmation saying the order was hand delivered to the location. We call the location and no one answers until we receive a call back from the manager. The conversation with the manager was terribly handled and very unprofessional. He repeats to us that his delivery driver did make the delivery to the right location and that he even had a photo to prove it. He sent the photo and we see that the entrance is not at all the entrance of the home it was supposed to be delivered to. He then repeats for us to look at the photo again as if it would change that it's the wrong location. We let him know again and he starts telling us that he didn't deliver it so he doesn't know. Even if he didn't deliver it, he is the manager. He even blamed the cake as being something they never do so he made it sound as if it's something to blame too for the wrong delivery. He said he'd let his driver know to go back again but the home owners ended up walking the neighborhood to find the flowers and cake themselves about 10 houses down from theirs. The manager told us the driver would call us this time around that he went back to confirm delivering the flowers and cake. The manager ends up only texting us that the recipient had received the flowers and doesn't call us as we had asked. We had to call him back again to get clarification and he first states that his driver picked up the stuff and delivered it to the right location when in reality the homeowners receiving the flowers/cake had picked it up themselves from the wrong house.
