the only reason this rating is for the Kimberley store, is that from what I can gather is that this is where the corporate office is, if not I am sorry. yesterday I responded to an online ad by Agri- Service for a baler in Sugar City, ID. I got the on line sales rep Jeff Smiley, he sent an email with pics of said baler and stated. list of things that had been repaire, and the baler was"READY TO WORK". after calling to make arrangement to pick up said baler 3 hours away,I was told the baler had not had any work done to it and is completely inoperable! how can someone not do their job to this extent? the sales rep had seen the baler 3 weeks ago, and knew it hadn't been repaired. I will never do business with a company with such low standards and resort to lying about what they are selling. VP of Agri-Service promised to call me back with an explanation this morNing and of course that didn't happen either. read more
