His team showed up within days and fixed our issue with some very sturdy railroad ties that will probably outlast the house. We had one small issue with the pile to be picked up by the city and one phone call was all it took to make it right. This project was so successful that we asked him to bring an old in-ground sprinkler system back to life and he had someone out to check it out very quickly. They did not like the quote on 900$ from my irrigation company to come dig and replace the power line and they have yet to come fix it themselves. I reached out on June 2 to let them know and they still haven't been out to fix it. He also argued with me that his guys didn't hit the power line. I know they did. They dug all my yard up to sod. It's been a lot of me trying to chase them down to fix what they broke.Im still waiting today and keep getting "we are too busy"- when you break something you should make it a priority to fix it... so now I'm out 900$ to fix the irrigation power line they hit bc they won't get it handled in a timely manner and I need my irrigation up and running.

In March, I meticulously weed-whacked around all the shrubs, the fence, and every other possible obstruction. I even edged along the driveway, etc. etc. Since then I have been cutting-out (no pun intended -- haha) more and more just to be done with it as soon as possible It was at that point that I decided to get a few quotes from some local companies, and Memphis Lawn Care was one of them. Les Norris got back to me expediently and professionally. Additionally, he also quickly responded to additional questions I had about the quote. Because of how quickly and professionally he handled my communication with him, I chose Memphis Lawn Care over four other bids. Within three days, he had already made time in his schedule to mow, trim, edge, blow, and bag my lawn. I left for work on Tuesday, and came back on Wednesday morning to a beautifully manicured lawn. I am entirely satisfied with the service I have received thus far, and look forward to having Memphis Lawn Care as my go-to landscaper for the duration of my residence in the Memphis area. I will update this review in the future if anything changes; but for now, I am entirely satisfied with my decision to save myself 3-4 hours of work, over a two-day period of time, every week.

We did not want to replant junipers or ordinary shrubs. Mr. Kirkwood suggested Otto Luyken Laurels. We researched a whole bunch of other options only to return to his original suggestion. This year they rebuilt those shrub beds and planted Otto Luyken Laurels. Every week, we get compliments from our neighbors about those reworked shrub beds and several have ask what are those plants? In summary, Wood Elements Landscape is DARN GOOD at Lawn Maintenance; EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE about Lawn, Shrubs, and Plants; and MORE AFFORDABLE than others.

Unfortunately, I called weeks ago several times to ask about cutting down those same trees and got a call back today, three weeks later! The person calling was rude and disrespectful. I was attempting to voice my concerns about the foundation issues when cutting down a tree very close to the house. She spoke harshly stating, " I'm going to hang up because you want let me speak!" I apologized stating I was just trying to explain what I needed and why. She hung up in my face! I called other companies today and they were outstanding. Haley with Davy Trees was so nice and helpful. She listen to my concerns and worked with me and so did Jeff's Tree Service. Both were PROS! Arbor M.D. just didn't measure up on both occasions dealing with them! I will NEVER use them!
