However, we noticed in late fall, early winter that the floor started to cave in and the bricks are either breaking or detaching already despite minor use of the edge of the patio. The homeowner and I have tried calling multiple times and emailing to see if we can have someone come out, evaluate, and ultimately fix this situation. It's been two to three months of chasing the owner, Kevin, but we have barely heard back and the patio remains unfixed.
