HOWEVER, be aware that the lady who works the office is EXTREMELY RUDE and not a nice person. Ironically, she was wearing a "Greater Power Ministries" shirt. Ha! Typical right. The first time I went there, she ran my credit card, handed me a receipt that said "no signature required", and asked me to sign it. I pointed out the message at the bottom of the receipt, and she cut me off to say "I TOLD YOU TO SIGN AT THE BOTTOM!" Then, today, after paying the dump fee and emptying my truck bed, I pulled back onto the weight scale to get a reading, as I have never weighed my truck before. I was then threatened by the lady that next time I would have to pay a fee as this is not a "weigh scale". Give me a break lady. Pretty sure I could go to Love's and weight it for free. And I paid you $25 for a truck bed that wasn't even full.

The customer service is extremely lacking and any time I go into the front office it smells severely of smoke and usually takes 10 minutes+ to get assistance. Almost every time I attempt to visit my unit, they have a piece of equipment blocking the door so it cannot even be opened. I have called the manager / front desk multiple times regarding this ADA non-compliance, and each time she acts annoyed and does nothing (and the non-compliance continues after every visit). I will be moving storage units soon and I look forward to nothing more. I also have a storage unit in SLO (and have had several other storage units in the past since we have moved a lot) so I have something to compare to, and El Camino Storage is by far the worst I have experienced thus far. If you're looking for a storage unit, I would highly, highly recommend going elsewhere!!
