Recently I moved to Norco and was excited to find out they had a branch nearby in Riverside. I loaded up my CRV glass and plastic and headed towards their yard. When I got there , I found the customary barrels pulled a couple over to my truck and started to unload my glass. Before I got too far along in my unloading, one of the workers came over and said we don't take CRV glass or plastic here. I was shocked. The employee knowingly labeled my load as plastic instead of aluminum, and I was only paid $11.32 for it -- a huge underpayment worth more than $30 in lost value. The receipt (Ticket #233607) clearly shows "#1 Plastic (PETE)" even though my material was aluminum cans. It felt intentional, not a mistake. I've filed a complaint with CalRecycle for investigation. Be very careful here. Always double-check your receipt before leaving. I won't ever return. -- Joe C.

I simply told her well I can easily tell the man now since there's direct instructions on how to present.
