I had an unpleasant encounter with the woman in the cashier window, her comments were rude. I was told. "Well next time you come use coupon, you should've told man first." I simply told her well I can easily tell the man now since there's direct instructions on how to present. She got an attitude and had me wait for her to come back to window and then said " Hmmm, wow only .25 cent difference." Mam you guys sent me a coupon, i would've never known about this place if it wasn't for this coupon. She's a nasty woman that deserves no customer service job. The line to drop off a sofa or appliances is really long, which is expected as so many of those things are tossed out. But the line for other waste (lumber, construction debris, vegetation) is much shorter. Luckily on this day I had straight lumber--clean, not mixed. They weigh your entire rig upon entry, and you pay a deposit, typically $40 for basic loads. Go where you are directed and hurl your load onto whatever pile they direct you to. Was fun for me to throw lumber into the sky and onto a heap of other lumber. On the way out they weigh your rig again, and poof there's the number of tons you donated to the heap. You pay based on that number. Seems accurate, and fair. The smell is what you'd expect--musty but not overwhelming. Looks like they sell compost, too. I am glad there's a company that takes care of this stuff. Man I will tell you some of the piles are HIGH.

Recently I moved to Norco and was excited to find out they had a branch nearby in Riverside. I loaded up my CRV glass and plastic and headed towards their yard. When I got there , I found the customary barrels pulled a couple over to my truck and started to unload my glass. Before I got too far along in my unloading, one of the workers came over and said we don't take CRV glass or plastic here. I was shocked. If you take c r v aluminum , you have to take the other materials I always thought. Apparently not so.
